Waimea residents no longer will have to travel to Kona or to Hilo to offer testimony before the Hawaii County Council. The Hawaii County Council has established a new council office at 65-1279 Kawaihae Road, Suite 109, in Parker Square. Residents can record up to three minutes of video testimony, beginning Tuesday, 15 August 2017.
